Porter-Cable Grinders feature a lock-on slide switchside and handles that mount on the right or left or on top. Portable grinders can also be known as right angle, or rotary grinders, because the grinding apparatus often sits at a right angle to the tool. Portable grinders are used to deburr and dress welds and cutoffs. Accessories such as a corner sander attachment allow some units to sand complex shapes like wrought iron fences, window frames and car fenders.
